Whipping winds expected across Las Vegas as Tropical Storm Hilary approaches

Heavy rain and strong winds are expected across the Las Vegas area and in the mountains as Tropical Storm Hilary marches closer to the Southwest. Several inches of rain is expected to fall in the higher elevations which could lead to life-threatening flooding. FOX Weather correspondent Max Gorden is in Las Vegas and spoke with some tourists that said despite the threat, their plans won’t be changing.
