Did Tropical Storm Hilary create a table grape shortage?
Tropical Storm Hilary dropped flooding rains across Central California that many call the "breadbasket of America." Unfortunately, table grapes were at peak harvest. Experts estimated about a third of the crop was lost. That could mean higher prices at the grocery store.
