The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for parts of Connecticut, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia until 11 p.m. EDT on Friday, Sept. 8, 2023.
