Atlantic remains active with Phillippe, two other areas to watch for development

Tropical Storm Philippe continues to spin across the open Atlantic Ocean and isn't a threat to land as of now, and forecasters are keeping their eyes on two other areas for possible development - one off the coast of Africa and one in the Gulf of Mexico.
