Tropical Storm Sean forms in eastern Atlantic as new disturbance off Africa monitored for development

Tropical Storm Sean formed Wednesday morning in the eastern tropical Atlantic. It is not forecast to impact land. Behind it, another tropical disturbance has just emerged off Africa and could gradually develop in the next seven days over the main development region of the Atlantic.
