Invest 95L has 50-50 chance of developing into tropical depression or tropical storm

The National Hurricane Center says Invest 95L in the southwestern Caribbean has a medium chance of developing into a tropical depression or Tropical Storm Vince before moving inland in Central America over the next few days.
