Florida facing increasing flash flooding threat

NOAA's Weather Prediction Center is forecasting an increasing flood risk for Southeast Florida beginning Wednesday as heavy rain at 2 inches per hour will likely cause flooding in urban and flood-prone areas. Isolated areas could see up to a foot of rain.
