Series of atmospheric river storms to slam the Pacific Northwest

The first of several storms to hit the Northwest over the next week will bring heavy mountain snows, then a shift to flooding rains is likely as storms get wetter and milder early next week with even a "Pineapple Express" system likely for Monday and Tuesday.
