Heavy Northeast rains trigger Flood Watch through Thursday

Heavy rain falling across the Northeast prompted the NWS to issue a Flood Watch for most of New Jersey, southeast Pennsylvania and northern Delaware. Meteorologist Steve Bender tells us how long the wet weather will last.
