West Coast pounded with heavy mountain snow, rain

A powerful storm dumped heavy snow in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California overnight into Wednesday, and another storm is on its heels and will bring more wintry precipitation to the West Coast by the end of the week and into the weekend.
