Snow comes down in south-central Arkansas

Snow started to accumulate in parts of Arkansas on Friday morning, January 5, the National Weather Service (NWS) said. Footage taken by Debbie Sorrells shows snow falling in Clark County. Snow was expected to turn to rain, improving road conditions, the NWS said.
