Hazardous whiteout conditions stall drivers on Nebraska interstates
The roads in the Midwest and the Plains were severely impacted by a winter storm earlier this week that resulted in over a foot of snowfall along certain portions of I-80 in Nebraska. The hazardous whiteout conditions caused numerous accidents on the roads, making it nearly impossible for people to travel safely. Captain Tyler Schmidt of the Nebraska State Highway Patrol joins FOX Weather to provide more information about the situation.
