Snow hits Washington DC metro for second time this week

Snow is set to coat multiple parts of the East Coast. Washington is one of the cities in the path of this snowstorm, and the snow is already beginning to accumulate there. The city may receive up to 3 inches of snow. FOX Weather's Nicole Valdes is currently in Washington riding out the storm.
