Dangerous ice storm spreading from mid-South to Midwest, Great Lakes region

A dangerous ice storm that led to numerous issues during the Monday morning commute in parts of the Plains and mid-South is continuing to slide across the region and will soon affect portions of the Midwest and Great Lakes region later on Monday.
