Clipper system to bring bursts of snow to Midwest, Great Lakes region

The FOX Forecast Center is tracking a fast-moving clipper system diving out of Canada that will deliver snow, freezing rain and rain to portions of the Midwest and Great Lakes region starting Tuesday.
