Tallest building in US planned for Oklahoma in Tornado Alley

New plans have been released for America's tallest building. This proposed skyscraper in downtown Oklahoma City would stand at 1,907 feet. However, there is one major concern - what about the severe weather conditions, such as tornadoes, snowstorms and extreme heat, that Oklahoma City experiences? All of these elements have a significant impact on the safety of buildings.
