Severe weather threat grows in the Great Lakes, Ohio Valley

NOAA’s Storm Prediction Center made a significant update to the severe weather threat in the Midwest on Tuesday and now highlights two areas of concern, including Chicago, as well as Paducah and Louisville in Kentucky, and Cincinnati, that are now under a Level 3 out of 5 on its 5-point severe thunderstorm risk scale.
