Heavy rain eyes Northeast as flooding likely from NYC to Boston

After a brief break Tuesday night, the next storm is set to deliver heavy rain over the Mid-Atlantic on Wednesday morning and before sliding into the Northeast later in the day. Major cities along the I-95 corridor like Philadelphia, New York City and Boston will see heaviest rain with totals of 2-3 inches expected, while parts of Rhode Island and Long Island, New York could see upwards of 3-5 inches.
