South stares down serious flood threat into Saturday

In addition to the severe storm threat that will be in place across the South, the FOX Forecast Center is tracking a potentially dangerous flash flood event that will develop across parts of Georgia and Alabama late Friday into early Saturday. Included in this flood risk area is Atlanta, which already experienced damaging flooding earlier this week when 2-3 inches fell Tuesday night.
