Meteorologist Stephen Morgan is at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas where students join NOAA and NASA for "class". He said the kids cheer every time the sun peeks out. The last time the area experienced a total solar eclipse was in the late 1800s and they won't see another until 2317.
