Tornado Watch issued for parts of Central Texas, including cities of Austin and Waco

A Tornado Watch has been issued for parts of Central Texas until 5 p.m. CDT, including the cities of Austin and Waco. In addition to the threat of tornadoes in this area, scattered large hail and isolated very large hail up to tennis ball-sized is possible. Additionally, scattered damaging wind gusts up to 70 mph are possible, NOAA's Storm Prediction Center said.
