Plains, Midwest prepare for increasing risk of damaging hail, winds

Powerful storms moving into America's Heartland are bringing a severe weather threat to major cities across the Plains and Midwest including Oklahoma City, Chicago, Kansas City and St. Louis. The FOX Forecast Center expects storms will begin firing off on Monday afternoon and evening.
