Popular Washington tulip festival in full swing with early bloom thanks to mild winter
The Skagit County Tulip Festival in Mount Vernon, Washington, is in full swing with an early bloom this year, thanks to the mild winter. The county-wide, month-long celebration will run through April 30, but the sooner you come, the more tulip blooms you’ll see this year. Nicole Roozen, the executive director of the festival, discusses this year's bloom with FOX Weather.
