America's tornado-ravaged heartland faces new threat of more storms Wednesday

A new disturbance emerges out of the Rockies and a new threat for severe storms looms across the Plains on Wednesday. This one will be in no rush to move out into the Plains, and it's delayed ejection will be a limiting factor to a more significant severe weather day.
