In January, the cost for these delectable crustaceans surged to $13 per pound for boiled crawfish. However, it has now decreased to less than $1.50 this week. This drop is attributed to the recent rain in Louisiana, which has alleviated a prolonged period of drought. Nonetheless, is the supply meeting the demand?
