FOX Forecast Center watching two areas of the Atlantic basin for tropical development

The National Hurricane Center says a disturbance in the eastern Atlantic has a 20% of development over the next 5 days. Invest 94L is several hundred miles west of disturbance #2 and has similar chances of development in the Caribbean.
