Invest 94L, second tropical disturbance being monitored for possible development in Atlantic

A tropical disturbance currently percolating in the central Caribbean Sea has been designated Invest 94L by the National Hurricane Center (NHC), while forecasters said they are also monitoring a second disturbance west of Africa that has a medium chance of development.
