Severe Thunderstorm Watch issued in New York, Pennsylvania as millions in Northeast brace for strong storms

People across the Northeast are bracing for possible severe weather on Monday, and now nearly 5 million people in parts of New York State and Pennsylvania have been included in a Severe Thunderstorm Watch that will remain in effect until later in the evening.
