Corn emerges around Greenfield, Iowa after deadly tornado
Nearly two months have passed since a violent EF-4 tornado tore through southwest Iowa, devastating the small community of Greenfield. While the town continues to clean up from the devastation, signs of new life have emerged. Corn stalks have been spotted growing alongside sidewalks and roadsides right along the path that the tornado took in Greenfield. Wendi Lane, a resident of Greenfield, shared with FOX Weather when she first noticed the corn popping up.
