Soon-to-be Tropical Storm Debby targeting Florida as state of emergency issued
Tropical Depression Four is now moving into the Gulf of Mexico, but Florida is already feeling its impacts. Tropical downpours and gusty winds have already started to spread north across the Sunshine State and this is expected to continue through Saturday. The FOX Forecast Center expects this disturbance to strengthen into a tropical storm over the eastern Gulf of Mexico and move northeast toward Florida's Gulf Coast in the next 36 hours. Once it organizes and winds reach 40 mph, it'll be named Debby.
