Tropical Storm Debby organizes in Gulf of Mexico with expected Florida landfall

Tropical Storm Debby continues to slowly strengthen and organize in the Gulf of Mexico with rain bands washing over the Florida Keys on Sunday. Debby is expected to make landfall as a Category 1 hurricane in Florida's Big Bend on Monday.
