Debby delivering months of rain to East Coast

Tropical Storm Debby has moved off the coast where it's expected to gain some juice and gradually re-strengthen over the next 24 hours. The storm will make a second landfall in South Carolina sometime Wednesday night or early Thursday morning and should bring a punch of 40-65 mph wind gusts to the upper South Carolina coast up toward Cape Fear North Carolina.
