Another round of flash flooding could hit areas in mid-Atlantic hit hard by Debby

Areas along the mid-Atlantic that were hit hard by Tropical Storm Debby last week are again at risk of seeing flash flooding as a stalled out cold front produces more torrential rain and thunderstorms across the region.
