Hurricane Ernesto continues to clobber the Caribbean

Flash flooding risk continues in Puerto Rico after Ernesto strengthened into a hurricane and continues to move away from the island. A Hurricane Watch for Bermuda could be issued later today as the storm could arrive there later this week.
