Mother uses real-life hurricane experience to write children's book

A mother in Puerto Rico wrote a children’s book to help them understand and cope with the devastating effects of hurricanes. Sara E. Echenique, author of Our Roof is Blue, joined FOX Weather on Wednesday to explain what inspired her to write the book, and what she hopes children can learn from it.
