Third disturbance could soon form in eastern Atlantic

Across the far eastern Atlantic, a tropical wave is emerging off of Africa. The disturbance only has a low chance of developing into a tropical depression or tropical storm the next seven days, but there could be a brief window. Regardless, it will quickly curve north into the cooler waters of the Atlantic and likely dissipate quickly.
