Titan submersible remains seen in additional footage released by Coast Guard

The Coast Guard Marine Board of Investigation (MBI) has released more remotely operated vehicle footage of debris from the Titan submersible on the seafloor before technical testimony Wednesday for the Titan MBI hearing in North Charleston, South Carolina. This video led to conclusive evidence of the catastrophic loss of the Titan and the death of all five members aboard.
