Invest 94L has medium chance of developing as system moves closer to Caribbean

The National Hurricane Center is keeping its eyes on Invest 94L spinning across the eastern Atlantic Ocean, and the system could develop into a tropical depression later this week as it approaches the Leeward Islands and Caribbean Sea.
