After back-to-back hurricanes hit the Gulf Coast of Florida, the United Way Suncoast continues helping residents with damages and basic needs like food and transportation. United Way Suncoast CEO Jessica Muroff said the flooding left "complete devastation" to parts of the Tampa community.
