Invest 94L could develop into tropical depression on approach to Virgin Islands

The National Hurricane Center is continuing to monitor the progress of Invest 94L as it spins closer to the Caribbean, and forecasters say the system could develop into a tropical depression on approach to the Leeward Islands and Virgin Islands. Another disturbance in the western Caribbean is also being monitored for possible topical development.
