Treasure Island business cleans up from 'kick in the gut' of two back-to-back hurricanes

Caddy's Treasure Island is literally digging out from the sand and storm surge damage left behind by Hurricane Milton. CEO Randy Esponda tells FOX Weather's Robert Ray they will reopen eventually but pleas for tourists to return when ready and help support other restaurants too.
