First major winter storm of season to blast Rockies
The first significant winter storm looks to impact the Rockies this week with a focus on Colorado and New Mexico. The current track of the winter storms puts the timing starting early Wednesday and likely lasting into the weekend. While all the major computer forecast models have a slightly different variation in the track of the storm, they still all bring significant precipitation to the region. Temperatures will be the major question for each area. Slight increase or decrease in the temperature forecast could mean the difference between going back and forth form rain to snow.
