Rafael become major hurricane, charging toward Cuba

Hurricane Rafael continued to strengthen becoming a Category 3 cyclone on Wednesday with 115 mph winds. The storm continues to track into the Gulf of Mexico after smashing into Cuba. FOX Weather Correspondent Brandy Campbell reports from Key West where Rafael is creating flooding concerns.
