Hurricane Rafael to roll by Florida Keys into Gulf of Mexico

Tropical storm-force winds will whip the Florida Keys Wednesday night as Hurricane Rafael scraps by south of Florida after making landfall in Cuba earlier in the day. FOX Weather's Brandy Campbell reports from Key West where there is a 2 out of 5 risk for tornadoes from Rafael's outer bands.
