Multiple inches of rain are on the way for the already soaked Plains region of the U.S. Today areas of Texas and Oklahoma are facing a severe weather threat, including the possibility of tornado activity and damaging winds. Flash flooding is possible Sunday into Monday as a line of storm charges east.
