Northern Ohio awoke to a winter wonderland on Sunday, as heavy lake-effect snow transformed the region into a snowy spectacle. Drone footage captured by Kelly Matter shows Lake County cloaked in white, a boat navigating a snow-lined river, and a dog joyfully frolicking in the thick snow.
