Mountain Ways nonprofit sends much-needed hurricane relief to Appalachian communities
The road to recovery in western North Carolina is long and arduous, and it will likely take years for these towns to fully rebuild following Hurricane Helene. Numerous organizations have stepped in to aid victims. One such organization is Mountain Ways, a nonprofit dedicated to serving Appalachian communities affected by natural disasters and tragedies.
