Groups ensuring Helene victims in Western North Carolina still have merry Christmas
Christmas is only a few days away and towns like Black Mountain and Swannanoa are still driving on dirt roads, cleaning out muddied homes and staying in donated campers or sheds to keep warm. A concert-venue turned distribution site still sees anywhere between 150-200 cars every day. Ian Monley, the distribution site manager, tells FOX they partnered with Toys for Tots, ready to donate over 50,000 toys. FOX News Multimedia Reporter Chelsea Torres has the story.
