'Let's shower these kids with gifts': Toy drive to benefit young KY tornado victims
Among the confirmed dead in Kentucky are 12 children, with the youngest being 2-months-old
FRANKFORT, Ky. - Kentucky First Lady Britainy Beshear announced Monday that a toy drive has been started to bring smiles to the faces of the youngest victims of the historic tornado outbreak in Western Kentucky this Christmas.
Among the confirmed dead in Kentucky are 12 children, with the youngest being 2-months-old.

"You can see how hard this has been on her being a mom, just like I’m a dad of two kids, and knowing what a difficult Christmas this is going to be for them," Gov. Andy Beshear said. "Let’s shower these kids with gifts."
Items are needed for all age ranges from infants to teenagers.
Eligible items that can be donated include toys, books, electronics and $25 VISA or MasterCard gift cards
All items should be new, unwrapped and in their original packaging. No clothes are needed at this time.
Donations will be accepted Dec. 14-18.
